    Add your doctors, services with their length and price, opening hours, and each doctor's weekly hours. Invite reception and doctors with their email.

    Patients book themselves

    They search by doctor, specialty or clinic, see only real free times and book in a few taps. Reception books phone and walk-in patients in the same calendar.

    Both sides stay in step

    A booking made in the app appears on the reception screen within a second. Move, cancel or add time off, and the patient app shows the change straight away.

One time, one patient

Two people can press "Book" at the same second: only one gets the time, and the other is asked to pick another. We tested it with 50 people booking the same time at once.

Cancelled times get filled

Patients waiting for a particular doctor can tap Notify me. When a time comes free, their app shows it and they can book it straight away.

Day view with a column per doctor, week view per doctor, time off and breaks clearly shown. Click an empty time to book.

Health data, handled with care

Booking a doctor can reveal health matters, so we treat every booking as sensitive from the start.

Only what's needed

Name and a way to reach the patient. No reason for visit, no medical notes.

Nothing sensitive in messages

Messages to patients say only the clinic, the date and time, and a reference. Never the doctor's specialty or the service.

Every look is logged

Changes and every opening of a patient's record are written to an audit log only the clinic admin can read.

Patient rights in one click

Export everything held about a patient, or erase it. Old records are anonymised automatically after a period you choose.

Each clinic sealed off

Clinics can never see each other's data; this is enforced in the database itself.

What VisitClear doesn't do

We'd rather tell you now than have you find out later.

  • It doesn't take payments. Patients pay at the clinic, as they do today.
  • It doesn't keep medical records or notes about health. It only arranges the visit.
  • It doesn't connect to other practice software yet. It works as your booking system on its own.
  • Reminder emails and text messages aren't switched on yet. Until then, patients see their appointments and any changes in the app.

Questions clinics ask

Do patients pay anything?

No. Patients always use VisitClear for free. Clinics pay a monthly subscription; there is no commission per booking.

Can two patients book the same time?

No. The database itself refuses a second booking for the same doctor and time, even if two people press "Book" at exactly the same moment.

Do we have to replace the system we use now?

VisitClear can be your complete booking system on its own. If you already use practice software, tell us which one when you request a demo.

Where is our data stored?

In a data centre in the European Union. We sign a data processing agreement with every clinic.

What do we need at reception?

A PC with Windows 10 or 11 for the desktop app, or any modern browser. No special hardware.

Which languages are available?

English, Polish and German today, with more on the way. Each clinic works in its own time zone.
